Sherry A. William is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Pacific Ivy Law Group, where they oversee a team dedicated to corporate law. Previously, they served as a Senior Corporate and Finance Attorney at Morrison & Foerster LLP from 2015 to 2019, representing clients in various financial transactions. Sherry also held leadership roles in the Harvard Law School Alumni Association of Los Angeles, including President, and has contributed to legal development in Egypt as an advisor to the Deputy Minister of Legal and Legislative Affairs. They are currently a member of Chief and the Founding President of the League of Egyptian American Professionals. Sherry earned their J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2010 after completing their undergraduate studies at UCLA.
