Tara Beckman, LCSW, is a strategic and compassionate executive leader specializing in clinical implementation, operational scaling, and value-based care models. They have extensive experience overseeing health and housing programs, driving quality improvement, and fostering innovative, equity-focused environments. Beckman's previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Encompass Housing and Chief Program Officer at Hope Services, where they led operations across multiple regions. Currently, they serve as a clinician at Rula, providing individual therapy and developing personalized treatment plans. Beckman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/Public Relations from The University of Memphis and a Master of Social Work from California State University - East Bay.
