Cherrelle D. is currently the Director of Talent Management at Child Development Schools, a position held since 2021. Prior to this, Cherrelle served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning from 2017 to 2021 and worked as an HR Generalist at ACG Texas from 2014 to 2017. Cherrelle is pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.S. in Human Resources Management from the University of South Florida and Nova Southeastern University, respectively, while also holding a PHR Certification from the HR Certification Institute.
