The Child First Policy Center (CFP) The Child First Policy Center was created to change the balance of power by elevating parental insight and evidence so child-safety standards are set through law — not left to voluntary promises or corporate discretion.
Child Safety Isn’t Optional is not just a slogan. It's the standard from which we will not back down.
We are a parent-led, grassroots-driven policy organization determined to help shape child safety legislation — especially in the areas of online safety and educational technology, where children now spend much of their daily lives learning, socializing, and growing.
Our mission is clear:
Child First Policy Center puts children’s safety at the center of every law and policy.
We protect children from harm and exploitation through strong safeguards and meaningful accountability for those who fail to protect kids.
What We Do
Legislative & Policy Advocacy
We advance strong, practical child-protective laws at the state and federal levels.
Our focus is simple: every law, every policy, and every system must put children’s safety first.
We draft child-centered legislation
We advise lawmakers and regulators
We mobilize families to ensure reforms don’t just get proposed — they get passed and enforced.
