Activating partnerships that use the power of rugby to provide young people with opportunities to play, learn and lead.

ChildFund Rugby partners with rugby Unions worldwide to deliver Pass It Back, an integrated rugby and life skills learning initiative that supports children and young people to learn social and emotional skills, unlock leadership opportunities, and advance gender equity while building stronger communities.

As the Global Social Impact Partner of World Rugby, we inspire players, partners, and supporters to join our global movement. Together, we ensure that every try scored and every lesson learned contributes to a more equitable and positive future for young people, and a stronger, sustainable rugby ecosystem.

Through the Pass It Back Impact Lab, we leverage a decade of technical expertise, learning, and leadership in using rugby as a tool for sustainable development. This informs how we design, deliver, measure, and innovate to maximise impact.
