Childhood Matters is a non-profit organization that provides tools and strategies to help children cope through critical childhood moments such as death of a loved one, loss of a pet, sickness, family transitions such as divorce, arrival of new siblings, self-identity, trauma, anxiety and fear. Using bibliotherapy, eco-therapy, play therapy, art therapy, sensory integration and mindfulness, we aim to prepare children for unfamiliar childhood moments and help empower them to cope through their journey.
