Dax Collins

Dax Collins has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dax started their career as a Promotions and Production Assistant at Clear Channel Radio, where they handled various tasks for different radio stations. Dax then worked as a Graphic Designer at One3 Creative, overseeing the company's largest client account and providing graphic and web design services. Dax also worked at Fandomania.com as a Contributing Writer, creating articles and reviews on various topics. Dax further expanded their design skills by working as a Graphic and Web Designer at Collins Orthodontics, where they created and maintained marketing materials.

Dax gained technical expertise through roles at ChildPlus Software, where they served as a Technical Support Representative, Technical Support Specialist, and Internal Support Specialist. Dax conducted research, provided customer support, and resolved software issues using SQL. Later, they transitioned to a Software Designer role, where they designed web applications and facilitated the migration of software. Currently, they are employed as a Product Operations Specialist at ChildPlus Software, where they play a crucial role in coordinating between departments and guiding software development.

Prior to their professional career, Dax worked as a Freelance Designer and utilized their design skills independently. These experiences have equipped him with a broad range of skills in design, customer service, technical support, and software development.

Dax Collins has a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Oglethorpe University, which they obtained in the year 2000. Following this, from 2002 to 2004, Dax pursued a Master's degree in Interactive Design and Video Game Development from Savannah College of Art and Design. Additionally, Dax has obtained several certifications, including the Product Analytics Certification from Pendo.io in March 2023, the Product-led Certification from Pendo.io in September 2022, and the Quartz Certified Product Manager certification from Quartz Open Framework in August 2022.
