Trish Haase

Trish Haase has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Trish began their career as a Repair Service Attendant at Southern Bell Tel & Tel Company in 1977, where they worked for 13 years. Trish then transitioned to international work, serving as a Food Service Worker at AAFES Europe from 1992 to 1994, followed by a role as the Center Director at Ministry to the Military - Europe from 1990 to 1994.

Trish later worked as a Food Service Worker and Assistant Teacher at Cleveland City Schools from 1994 to 1996. Trish then joined Family Resource Agency, Inc in 1996 as a ChildPlus Specialist and Data Entry Supervisor. In this role, Trish managed the daily operation of the ChildPlus software and trained staff members on its use. Trish held this position until 2012 and also served as the chairperson for the Southeast ChildPlus Users Group during this time.

In 2012, Trish became a self-employed Independent ChildPlus.net Software Consultant, providing cost-effective data entry training to Head Start/Early Head Start programs. Trish continued in this role until 2016 and retained their position as the chairperson for the Southeast ChildPlus Users Group.

From 2013 to 2016, Trish worked as an ERSEA Coordinator at Chattanooga Head Start. Trish was responsible for ensuring program compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and provided training on the ChildPlus software. Simultaneously, they served as the chairperson for the Southeast ChildPlus Users Group.

Trish then joined Wesmoor Studios in 1995 as a Photo Editor and Quality Control specialist on a seasonal basis. Trish edited school photos and verified orders for accuracy.

Most recently, Trish joined ChildPlus Software in 2016 as a Training Specialist. With their extensive experience and expertise in the ChildPlus software, they trained staff members at agencies throughout the U.S. on its features. In 2020, they advanced to the role of ChildPlus Software Lead Instructor, where they are certified to train on all available features.

Overall, Trish Haase has demonstrated a strong commitment to training and expertise in the ChildPlus software, with 20 years of experience in the Head Start/Early Head Start Agencies. Trish has also gained experience in photo editing, food service, and center management.

Trish Haase holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Bryan College, which they obtained from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice at Cleveland State Community College from 1996 to 2001. In 1976, they briefly attended Lee College for general studies. Trish'ssecondary education was completed at Walker High School, where they earned a diploma in 1976.
