CES is a "Not For Profit" 501 (c) (3) corporation that is an owner/operator  of 2 Private, K-12 Special Ed school models. The Broach School is a "Character" based model and Crossroads Christian School is a "Faith" based model. CES is approved for the McKay Scholarships for Students with Disabilities and the Step Up For Students (SUFS) Scholarship for Low Income families.

Crossroads Christian School has 3 locations in the Greater Jacksonville Area; Arlington, Fleming Island and Macclenny, and 1 location in Lakeland, FL. Crossroads Christian School is a member of ACSI the leading Christian accrediting association.

The Broach School has 4 locations in the Greater Tampa Bay Area; Bradenton, St. Pete, Tampa & Zephyrhills, FL. The Broach School is accredited by AdvancED, the global leader in accreditation.

Dedicated to a lifelong passion for educating children, we have designed the academic programs for students with Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD), Autism and for Low-Income Families. 

We are approved for two state of Florida Scholarship Programs; The McKay Scholarship for Children with Disabilities and the Step Up For Students Scholarship (SUFS). These Scholarships provide students enrolled in the Public School the prior year to withdraw and receive one of the 2 Scholarships providing Tuition assistance, making Private School Tuition more affordable and may be eligible for FREE or REDUCED Tuition in our schools.

Additionally, CES contracts for Consulting for new private school start ups, Venture Capital, Sales & Acquisitions, Marketing and State of Florida Government Consulting.
