The Education Team at Children's Lighthouse Early Learning School is responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of age-appropriate curricula meant to foster intellectual, emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development in children. Team members, including Teaching Assistants, Head Teachers, and Preschool Teachers, collaborate to deliver the Lighthouse C.A.R.E.S. curriculum, ensuring a hands-on, brain-based learning approach that meets or exceeds national and state education standards.

The Operations and Management team at Children's Lighthouse Early Learning School is responsible for overseeing the efficient functioning of all franchise locations. This includes providing strategic direction, operational support, and continuous training to ensure the successful implementation of the C.A.R.E.S. curriculum. The team leads and manages initiatives to maintain high standards of child care, supports franchise development, and ensures compliance with national and state educational standards. They also oversee business growth and operational infrastructure, leveraging their extensive experience to support and guide franchisees effectively.
