Aaron Smith is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative, human resources, and billing roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the District Secretary for the ALJC of Arkansas since August 2019, Smith also works as an HR Generalist at Hope Cancer Resources and holds various positions at Children's Therapy TEAM and Family Care Health Center. With an extensive history in billing as well as family support, Smith has previously been a Government Programs Billing Specialist at NARMC and served as District Superintendent for ALJC MO DISTRICT. Academically, Smith obtained a Ph.D. in Theology from St. Lukes Seminary and a B.A. in Theology from Gateway College of Evangelism.

Offering Physical, Speech, Occupational and ABA Therapy, TEAM strives to improve the quality of life for children in Northwest Arkansas and internationally through active involvement with the TEAMworks Non-profit.
