L. Robert Bolling

L. Robert Bolling is an experienced nonprofit leader currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of ChildSavers since October 2012, where leadership spans child development and mental health services for over 32,000 children, achieving annual revenue growth from $3 million to $10 million by FY 2021. Previously, L. Robert Bolling held the position of Executive Director at William Byrd Community House, managing a $2 million budget and a team of 35 employees to provide comprehensive services to 1,200 individuals monthly. Earlier roles include Director of Business Development at Boaz & Ruth, where L. Robert Bolling established financial systems and launched social enterprises, and Director of Development at The Healing Place, raising $2 million for a substance abuse center while serving as interim CEO. L. Robert Bolling's educational credentials include a B.A. in Political Science from Amherst College and several certificates in leadership and nonprofit management from prestigious institutions.
