Emma then worked as a Publicity Consultant at ITV from 2007 to 2008, followed by a role as Acting VP/Director of Communications at MTV Networks from 2008 to 2009.

In 2010, Emma joined Camelot UK Lotteries Limited as the Head of Social Media, where they led the development and launch of social media channels for The National Lottery. ⚽️ Emma was responsible for creating and implementing a social media strategy, managing partnerships with key platforms, and guiding the overall social media strategy to support corporate and commercial objectives.
