Trades are the engine room of Australia.

The people who build, install and maintain the systems that keep buildings running carry real responsibility. At Chill Merchants, we believe those standards should exist not only in the work we deliver for our clients, but in the culture we build inside our company.

Chill Merchants is a Brisbane-based mechanical services company specialising in commercial air-conditioning, refrigeration and HVAC solutions across South East Queensland.

We work closely with builders, consultants, facility managers and commercial clients who rely on mechanical systems to operate safely, efficiently and reliably. Our job is simple: deliver quality work, communicate clearly and be a partner our clients can trust long term.

But great companies aren’t defined only by the projects they deliver.

They’re defined by how their people operate.

Our team works under The Chill Code, a set of principles that guide how we communicate, hold standards and support each other under pressure.

We believe strong teams are built by people who:

• Hold the standard

• Back the team

• Communicate directly

• Take ownership

• Protect momentum

• Stay hungry and keep improving

This culture flows through everything we do, from the way we deliver projects to the way we maintain systems and support the clients who rely on us.

Our work includes:

• Commercial HVAC installation projects

• Preventative maintenance programs

• Mechanical service & breakdown response

• Commissioning and compliance

• Ventilation and mechanical upgrades

Chill Merchants is a growing company with a long-term vision to become the culture benchmark for mechanical services companies in Brisbane and across South East Queensland.

If you’re a client looking for a capable mechanical partner, or a technician, estimator or project manager who takes pride in their trade, we’d love to hear from you.
