Caio Pamphilo is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in branding, communication, and public relations. Currently serving as General Marketing Manager at Chilli Beans since December 2019, Caio has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Head of Branding & Communication and Head of Institutional Communication. Prior to Chilli Beans, Caio worked as an Account Coordinator at BCW Global for OLX and Grupo HEINEKEN in Brazil and held senior and analyst positions at Golin, Ideal H+K Strategies, and Arandas Marketing, where responsibilities included managing major brands such as McDonald's, Diageo, and Natura Cosméticos. Caio's career began in various internships focusing on social media and communication, complemented by an academic background in marketing and communication from esteemed institutions.
