Ruby Judge is currently the Specialist Leader of Education for Mathematics at Chiltern Learning Trust, where they support and lead the Math team to enhance educational outcomes. They have served as Vice Chair of Governors at Bedford Free School since 2017 and previously held the position of PGCE Mentor from 2013 to 2017. Ruby also acted as the Head of Maths with an SLE role at Chiltern Learning Trust in 2022-2023.
