Sufian Sadiq

Sufian Sadiq is an experienced educational leader with a strong background in teaching and school management. Currently serving as the Director of Talent and Teaching School at Chiltern Learning Trust since September 2018, Sufian manages Teaching School Hubs and oversees the delivery model across Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, and Hertfordshire. Additionally, Sufian holds the role of Ofsted Inspector and has been involved with Pearson as an Assistant Principal Examiner and BTEC National Trainer. Previous experience includes significant positions at Luton Sixth Form College, such as Head of Business and Head of Vocational Education, where Sufian demonstrated a commitment to enhancing teaching quality and student achievement. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, and an NPQH in Educational Leadership, among others.
