Wayne Cartmel

Wayne Cartmel is the Founder and CEO of MyNewTerm, an Applicant Tracking System tailored for schools and Multi-academy trusts, leading a team to enhance recruitment efficiency and compliance in education. With a background in educational roles, including serving as a Multi-Academy Trust Project Manager at GL Assessment and an Education Advisor at Boardworks Ltd, Wayne has extensive experience in developing standardized processes and supporting educational institutions across the South of England. Additionally, Wayne is a current member of the Chiltern Learning Trust and has previously taught Mathematics and Business Studies at Barnfield Federation. Wayne holds a PGCE in Secondary Mathematics from the University of Bedfordshire and a first-class BA in Business with Finance from Northumbria University.
