Eric Thornley

Manager, Product Operations at Chime Technologies

Eric Thornley has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2010, they worked as a Case Manager for Convergys on the Chrysler Project. From 2013 to 2015, they held two roles at Brigham Young University as a Digital Photo Technician and later as an Instructor for Spanish. In 2014, they worked as a Program Trainer for the UPSTART Program at Waterford Institute. In 2016, they served as an Assistant International Security Analyst at Brigham Young University. In 2017, Eric joined my529 as an Operations and Customer Service Specialist. The following year, they transitioned to Chime Technologies Inc, where they held positions such as Customer Success Manager and Solutions Engineer. In April 2021, Eric became the Manager of Product Operations at Chime Technologies Inc. Eric's most recent role is as a Product Owner at Rentancy, starting in August 2022.

Eric Thornley attended Brigham Young University from 2009 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in Spanish. Eric'sfield of study was humanities/humanistic studies. In addition to their degree, Eric Thornley also obtained several certifications. In May 2020, they received the "Foundations" certification from Pragmatic Institute. Eric also completed the "Build," "Focus," "PMC Level III," and "Pragmatic Certified Product Manager" certifications from Pragmatic Institute in February 2020.
