Ryan Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ryan began their career in 2010 as a Sales Consultant at Verizon Wireless, where they excelled in engaging with clients and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge. In 2012, Ryan became the Founder & Co-Owner of Dallas Sports Fanatic, a media organization covering various sports teams in Dallas. As the Manager of Marketing & Website Development at Roofing Consultants of Arizona, Inc. from 2012 to 2015, Ryan successfully implemented marketing campaigns and increased market share. Ryan then joined Web.com as a Marketing Consultant, where they managed websites and SEM campaigns for SMB clients. In addition, Ryan served as a Customer Success Specialist, providing troubleshooting and support to clients. At Chime Technologies Inc, Ryan held multiple roles, including Customer Success Manager and Enterprise Customer Success Manager, where they onboarded clients, managed interactions, and assisted with CRM changes. Most recently, Ryan joined Lead Forensics as a Customer Success Manager in 2022.

Ryan Wilson completed their Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management at the University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Digital Media at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago from 2003 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Ryan obtained a certification in Google Ads from Google in December 2019.
