Alex Boudreau is a Senior User Researcher at Chime, utilizing a mixed methods toolkit alongside a background in psychology to derive actionable insights throughout the user experience process. Previously, Alex held positions as a User Researcher at Chime, User Experience Researcher at Google, and Human Factors Engineer in the United States Air Force. Alex earned a Master’s Degree in Human Factors Psychology from California State University-Long Beach and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from California State University-Fullerton. Additionally, Alex has experience as a Human Factors Intern at NASA Ames Research Center and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center For Human Factors in Advanced Aeronautics Technologies (CHAAT).
