Amy Kerin

Amy Kerin has a range of experience in the financial services industry. Amy currently holds the position of Director of Processor and Platform Operations at Chime, a role they started in August 2022. Prior to Chime, Amy worked at Fiserv for many years, holding various leadership roles. As the VP of Treasury and Platform Design, they identified system requirements, developed operational best practices, and educated internal and client resources on settlement and exceptions processing. As the VP of Treasury Operations, Amy led back-office operations, implemented changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs, and collaborated with various teams across the organization. Amy also served as the Director of Proof & Control, managing settlement and reconciliation teams, integrating platforms, and conducting monthly operational reviews. Additionally, Amy worked as a Manager of Proof & Control, where they focused on process improvement, cost reduction, and customer refund turnaround time optimization.

Amy Kerin holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Miami University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Cryptocurrency Foundations and Lean Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn in February 2022.
