Bhavya Kashyap

Bhavya Kashyap is an experienced engineering manager currently leading engineering services at Chime, where responsibilities span application and Ruby frameworks as well as financial platform accounts. In addition to a leadership role at RipeMetrics as an advisor, Bhavya founded Oat Productivity, a retail company specializing in unique Scrum-based personal development planners. Previous positions held include Director of Engineering at Cocoon, Software Development Engineer at Amazon specializing in Alexa Style and Amazon Maps, Program Manager at Microsoft for the Universal Store and Windows and Devices Group, Software Engineer at Facebook focused on enhancing user experience in the Photos and Videos group, and various technical roles at Research In Motion and Sybase iAnywhere. Bhavya holds a Master’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Honours Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
