Darien S. currently serves as the Escalations Team Lead at Chime since May 2023. Previously, Darien held significant roles at Airbnb, including Legal Investigations Manager, where management of a global team addressed sensitive litigation matters, and Regulatory Response Manager, responsible for setting objectives based on historical data. Earlier experience includes a Team Lead position at Sutherland, overseeing client accounts and staff performance, as well as various managerial roles in the restaurant sector. Darien has an Associate Degree in Arts and Sciences from the College of Southern Nevada and is pursuing a BBA at Morehouse College.
