Dave Szabo

Dave Szabo has extensive experience in cyber security, currently serving in Cyber Threat Intelligence at Chime since May 2022. Prior to this role, Szabo held the position of CSIRT Manager (APAC) at Salesforce from March 2019 to May 2022 and worked as a Senior Cyber Intelligence Threat Hunter at Commonwealth Bank from June 2018 to March 2019. Additional experience includes serving as an Information Security Officer at Leidos and various roles at Commonwealth Bank, including Cyber Security Incident Response Team Manager and Senior Incident Responder. Szabo's career also includes a tenure at the Department of Defence as a Cyber Security Technical Subject Matter Expert and acting leadership roles. Early in the career, Szabo worked as a Cyber Security Expert for Fujitsu Australia. Educational background includes studies at Hawker College and Canberra High School.
