David Pearce

David Pearce is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in strategic finance, capital markets, and investor relations. Currently serving as VP of Finance Strategy, Capital Markets & IR at Chime since January 2021, Pearce previously held the position of VP at Stitch Fix from January 2016 to January 2021, where leadership encompassed Strategic Finance, Investor Relations, and Capital Markets teams, alongside managing long-range forecasting and M&A analysis. Prior experience includes roles at Bank of America as VP in Internet Investment Banking, advising on approximately $50 billion in transactions, and at Goldman Sachs in Investment Banking, leading equity and debt financings and M&A across various sectors. Pearce began his career at Prospect Partners focusing on private equity in management-led leveraged buyouts. Pearce holds a BA in Economics and Sociology from Swarthmore College and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
