Diego Alvarez

Diego Alvarez is a Senior Software Developer currently at Chime since July 2023, with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Previously, Diego held the role of Senior Production Engineer at Shopify from March 2018 to May 2023, where contributions included the design and development of a core Kubernetes platform, utilizing Custom Resource Definitions and Operators. Diego has also worked as a Senior Software Developer at Hootsuite, focusing on production support and minimizing technical debt, and served in various roles at Sura, leading the architecture and development of an insurance core system based on microservices.
