Erika Fiore

Erika Fiore is a Senior Director of Equity Administration at Chime, bringing over 15 years of experience in equity planning, IPO readiness, and executive compensation. They have a strong background in managing cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Legal, Finance, and HR, and they’ve worked with various equity vehicles including Employee Stock Purchase Plans and Stock Options. Previously, Erika served in key roles at Morgan Stanley and Yext, effectively overseeing global equity plans and leading teams to enhance compensation structures. They are also an active member of the NASPP NY/NJ Chapter Board of Directors, dedicated to educating professionals in stock plan administration. Erika is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Rutgers University and holds a certification as an Equity Professional from Santa Clara University.
