Haley Lay

Haley Lay, CSM, is a seasoned professional in system management and client services, currently serving as a Senior Systems Manager for Zendesk at Chime since May 2021. Previously, Haley held various roles at PerfectServe, Inc. from April 2013 to January 2022, including Zendesk Administrator and Account Management Technical Lead for the Southeast Region.
