Isabel Won

Isabel Won is a Senior User Researcher at Chime, where they focus on democratizing personal finance and empowering Americans toward financial freedom. They previously held positions as a User Experience Researcher at Cash App and Figma, and served as a Research Assistant at The Johns Hopkins University, where they co-authored three academic papers. Isabel also participated in an NSF-funded REU fellowship at both Stanford University and Carnegie Mellon University, conducting research on children's social learning and robot re-embodiment, respectively. They studied at The Juilliard School, completing the Pre-College Division in Cello.
