Jeff Trudeau

Jeff Trudeau has an extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and information technology. Jeff currently holds the position of VP, Chief Information Officer & Chief Security Officer at Chime since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an Investor/Advisor at SVCI - Silicon Valley CISO Investments from June 2019 onwards. Jeff also serves as a Glynn 100 Partner at Glynn 100 since May 2022. Previously, they were an Advisory Board Member at Elron Ventures starting from September 2021. Jeff has also held positions such as Executive Member, Founding Chair Advisor at CyberEdBoard Community, Venture Advisor at Glilot Capital Partners, and Venture Advisor at YL Ventures. Before transitioning into advisory roles, Jeff Trudeau gained valuable experience as a Chief Security Officer at Credit Karma from February 2018 to April 2020 and as a Chief Information Security Officer at Sutter Health Bay Area from 2010 to February 2018. Additionally, they fulfilld the role of Governing Body Co-Chair at Evanta, a Gartner Company, starting from September 2017.

Jeff Trudeau holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from California State University, Northridge. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) through ISACA in 2017, obtained the HCISPP certification from ISC2 in 2016, achieved the ITIL Foundations certification from ITIL in 2014, and obtained the CISSP certification from ISC2 in 2003.
