Jen Deloyd

Jen DeLoyd is currently the Head of Corporate Strategy at Chime, having joined in October 2024. Prior to this role, Jen led various strategic initiatives at Capital One from November 2020 to September 2024, including overseeing the Retail Bank Market Strategy and Analytics, as well as checking and deposit product acquisitions. Earlier experience includes roles at Bridgewater Associates, including Vice President of Retail and Direct Bank, and at McKinsey & Company, where Jen held several leadership positions, concluding as Global Practice Manager. Jen's career also includes key roles at Main Street Hub and Groupon, contributing to operational strategy and client management. Jen holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. in Psychology and Economics from the University of Chicago.
