Joe Muir

Joe Muir started their work experience in 2009 as a Manager in Financial Services Consulting at EY. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Management Consultant in M&A at Deloitte Consulting. Then, they joined EY again in 2017 as a Client Engagement Manager in Financial Services Consulting and stayed until 2018. In 2019, they became a Senior Manager in Internal Audit at Silicon Valley Bank, where they led risk assessments, operational audits, and provided process improvement recommendations. Currently, Joe Muir is working at Chime as the Head of Compliance Testing & Reporting starting from July 2020.

Joe Muir holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, summa cum laude, in Finance from the Binghamton University School of Management. Additionally, they possess the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from both the New York State Education Department and the California Board of Accountancy.
