Joseph Pascale

Joseph Pascale is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in technology operations and support. Currently serving as the Director of IT Support & Operations at Chime since October 2025, Joseph previously worked at Reddit, Inc. as a Corporate Technology Manager overseeing global operations, which included key areas such as Service Desk and Asset Management. Prior roles include Global IT Support Manager at TripActions, where Joseph established the company's IT infrastructure, and IT Systems Lead at Bitglass, Inc., managing internal systems and support. Joseph began a career in IT at Northwestern Mutual as an IT Regional Manager, providing technology coaching and support, and also gained initial experience as an IT Support Specialist at the Museum of Art.
