Jyo Natarajan has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. In 2005, Jyo started as an intern at KUOW Public Radio, followed by an internship at Seattle Times in 2006. Jyo then worked as a web production intern at Grist from September 2006 to March 2007. From 2008 to 2009, Jyo was a product manager at Amazon.com. Jyo joined Microsoft in 2009 as a content editor and later became a site manager from March 2012 to November 2012. Starting in 2013, Jyo worked at Expedia, Inc. as a senior editor and project manager until April 2015, and then as a content manager until January 2016. From 2016 to 2022, Jyo worked at Amazon, holding various roles including senior content strategist, manager of global IT content, senior content research manager, and manager of program management. During this time, from March 2020 to March 2022, Jyo was also the co-head of content marketing at TEDxSeattle. Currently, Jyo is the head of content strategy at Chime, starting in March 2022.
From 2005 to 2007, Jyo Natarajan pursued a Master of Arts degree in Digital Media at the University of Washington.
