Kaleb Goldstein is a Principal Growth Strategist at Chime, where they focus on full-funnel media strategy and scalable member growth. Previously, Kaleb served as a Senior Growth Architect at Boston Consulting Group, advising Fortune 500 leaders on digital growth strategies. Earlier in their career, Kaleb joined BlackBird as one of its first 40 employees, developing programs that contributed to its acquisition by Surf Air and subsequent NYSE listing. Kaleb holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego. Outside of work, they aspire to sail around the world.
