Karishma Dambe

Karishma Dambe has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Karishma is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Chime since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Wealthfront as the Director of Engineering, responsible for leading the data engineering organization and building scalable data infrastructure. Karishma also served as an Engineering Leader NSX at VMware from 2016 to 2019. Karishma has experience as a Technical Staff member at CloudCar™ and as an Engineering Manager at RMS. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Team Lead at Aloha Technology Pvt. Ltd. and as an Associate Software Engineer at Varit Information Technology.

Karishma Dambe completed a Diploma in Computer Engineering from MIT in Pune, India from 1997 to 2000. Karishma then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune in India from 2000 to 2003.
