Kelsey Burgin

Kelsey Burgin is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Director of People Partners for Technology at Chime since February 2022, Kelsey has previously held significant positions including Principal People Partner and Senior People Partner. At Mynd Property Management, Kelsey contributed to the company's growth from 50 to 250 employees by implementing vital HR initiatives and standardizing various processes. Earlier roles include Head of People Operations at Mynd, Human Resources Manager at Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP, and Human Capital Management & Employee Engagement at Future State Inc. Kelsey began a career in human resources after earning a BA in Sociology and Sports Science from UC Santa Barbara, with earlier positions in management and customer service roles.
