Kiara Collins

Kiara Collins is a recent graduate with a BA in Communications Studies and currently serves as an Early Talent Senior Recruiter at Chime. With 3-5 years of experience in administrative support and customer service/sales, Kiara has held various roles, including University Recruiter at Ripple and Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator at New Relic, Inc. Kiara has also contributed as a Political Director for Black Scholars United, where they facilitated workshops to promote political and social advancement for students. Committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Kiara has taken an active role in establishing community partnerships and leading initiatives dedicated to the retention of persons of color in the workplace.
