Melissa Hamilton is an experienced product manager with a strong background in developing innovative solutions to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. Currently serving as a Principal Product Manager at Chime since February 2022, Melissa focuses on creating credit card products that empower users with financial opportunities. Previously, at Lyft, Melissa held multiple product management roles, leading initiatives in rider experience, growth, and business solutions. This included the development of a centralized communications platform and safety tools for riders. Earlier in the career, Melissa worked at ThirdLove in email marketing and strategic partnerships, where strategies for user acquisition and conversion optimization were implemented.
