Tong Pan

Tong Pan is an experienced engineering manager and software engineer with a strong background in software development and project leadership. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Chime since September 2019, Tong previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Uber from March 2018 to September 2019, where leadership of a team overhauling the Uber Freight app was a key responsibility. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Thumbtack, contributing to advanced search functionality, and a position as SDE II at Microsoft, focusing on shared components for Office applications on Mac and iOS. Tong Pan holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Microelectronics from Fudan University.
