William Chiu

William Chiu, GPHR, currently serves as Senior People Partner at Chime since September 2025. Previously, from April 2021 to September 2025, William held the role of Senior People Partner at Gusto, where responsibilities included leading teams in AI Engineering, Data, IT, and Security to advance talent acquisition, development, and inclusion initiatives. William has a solid background in managing talent operations, having also worked at Better.com and Airbnb, where leadership in recruiting coordination and strategic workforce planning was emphasized. Earlier roles included supporting talent development initiatives at NBCUniversal and overseeing operations at UNIQLO. William holds a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in Media, Culture, and Communication from New York University.
