Rob Taylor

Rob Taylor has extensive experience in talent acquisition, with their most recent position being the Director of Talent Acquisition at Chimes. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Pyramid Healthcare, Inc., where they led the development of a centralized Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence and implemented process improvements. Before that, they were a Talent Acquisition Team Leader at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, overseeing the activities of a Maryland talent acquisition team. Rob also held the role of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Towne Park, where they restructured the organization to meet hiring demands and reduce time to hire. Additionally, they served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at T. Rowe Price, where they formulated talent acquisition strategies and led ATS migration projects. Earlier in their career, Rob Taylor was a Talent Acquisition Senior Delivery Leader at Aon Hewitt, responsible for managing the recruiting process outsourcing team and exceeding SLA goals. Rob also held positions at Wachovia Securities, LLC (now Wells Fargo Advisors) and AQUENT LLC.

Rob Taylor, SHRM-TASC, CDR, PRC, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management - Human Resources from James Madison University. In addition, they have obtained certifications including Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDR), Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC), and SHRM - Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential (SHRM-TASC).
