Since the company’s inception in 2019, we have transacted over $60 million in multi-family and Class B Industrial assets. Our mission is to provide consistent, risk-adjusted returns to our investors through strategic, focused sub-institutional real estate acquisitions, joint venture partnerships and superior operations.

We aspires to serve as a bridge between valuable capital that needs to be placed and smaller, “mom and pop” real estate operators—giving accredited investors options outside of public markets and larger, fee-heavy private investment offerings.
