China Everbright Limited is an investment holding company principally engaged in management of funds. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through four segments. The Fund Management Business segment is involved in the fund management business including primary market investment, secondary market investment, the management of Everbright Prestige and Multi-Strategy Alternative Investment Fund. The Principal Investment segment is involved in the development financial products; the investment in its or external projects, funds or products; and treasury management through its proprietary capital. The Strategic Investment segment is involved in the strategic investment in Everbright Securities and Everbright Bank. The Others segment is engaged in the investment in properties and other corporate activities.
