We are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Our vision is a world in which all children have an equal opportunity for good physical care and education. Our mission is to provide physical care and education for the millions of underprivileged children of China. There are over 700,000 orphans and several hundred thousand children in need of medical care not available to them in China. These orphans and poverty-stricken Chinese children need our help. We operate in five different provinces within China. Our work includes Care Centers (orphanages), foster care, and medical care.
