Suratman is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering Head and previously as the Lead Process Engineer at Victory Chingluh Indonesia since July 2022. Prior experience includes significant roles at PT Adis Dimension Footwear from January 2009 to August 2022, such as Men/Women Category Engineer Lead and Supercore Category Product Engineer Lead, along with various engineering training programs in Vietnam and China. Earlier in the career, Suratman worked as a Senior Pattern Engineer at PT Hardaya Aneka Shoe Industri from March 2004 to December 2008. Educationally, Suratman holds a Bachelor's degree in Economic Management from Universitas Pramita Indonesia, completed between 2015 and 2018.
