Peter Phillips has been involved in the business world since 2016. Peter started as the Owner of P3 Construction, then moved on to become the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Chip City in 2017. In 2021, they Co-Founded Ninjabear.
Peter Phillips attended Fordham University but did not obtain a degree. Peter also obtained a General Contractor certification from the NYC Department of Buildings.

Chip City began in Astoria, Queens opening their first bakery in July 2017. Chip City created a signature 5.5-ounce cookie that is served warm making it a chewy & gooey experience. It was a hit with the customers, and they formed lines daily at the Astoria bakery to purchase the cookies. Later sharing their love of the unique Chip City cookie experience on social media making the company go viral. Chip City now offers over 40 unique cookie creations with a daily rotating menu. It has since expanded to a total of 14 locations throughout New York, and growing !
