Franco Alfaro

Franco Alfaro has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Franco started their career as a teaching assistant at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2014, where they assisted with introduction to programming courses. In 2015, they transitioned to a professional basketball player role at Club Deportivo Universidad Católica, participating in national and international championships until 2018. During this time, they also worked as a substitute math teacher at Liceo de Adultos Poeta Vicente Huidobro and as a construction worker at Constructora CFT.

In 2018, Franco joined Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile again, working as a software developer on a research project focused on argumentation and collaboration. Franco utilized NodeJS and Python for the project. Additionally, they took on a role as a full-stack web developer at ComunidadFeliz.com in 2019. Franco contributed to developing web applications while there.

In 2020, Franco worked as a full-stack developer at Leasity, and as of 2021, they are currently employed as a full stack developer at Chipax.

Franco Alfaro obtained an Engineer's degree in Computer Science from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 2011 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Colegio SS.CC. Manquehue from 2005 to 2010. In their earlier years of education, Franco attended the Instituto de Humanidades Luis Campino from 1998 to 2004. No specific degree or field of study is provided for their secondary and primary education.
