Hernando Fonseca has a diverse work experience, serving as a Founder of Fonanciera SAS, Chief Revenue Officer at Grability, Inc., Co-Founder of Shanghai Bloggers, and as a Co-Founder and General Manager at FRONTMEDIA LTDA. Hernando has expertise in business planning, sales strategy consultation, and team leadership. Currently, they hold the role of VP Fintech & Last Mile at Chiper.

Hernando Fonseca completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at Universidad de Los Andes in 2007. In 2008, they obtained a Diploma in Creative Communication and Advertising Techniques from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano. Later, from 2013 to 2016, they pursued an MBA in Strategy, International Business & Economics from The University of Manchester, and in 2013 to 2015, they undertook an Intensive Chinese Language Course at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
